Warning - Info End - Non zero!

When I open firmware for DVP3260 with MTKRemaker, I get this message "Warning - Info End - Non zero". So what?..... I make some change in ARM and I use MTKRemaker to "replace" ARM. Surprise, my player freeze. Why?
When I replace ARM and save firmware, MTKRemaker overrides this bytes for Info End with "00". This problem is only when replace ARM, for rest (change fonts, skins or other) is OK.
Now, if you want to replace ARM, make this. Open firmware, save ARM and then replace ARM with saved one. Save firmware with other name and then make a binary comparation with "original".
I found 3 bytes witch are changed with "00". For model 3260 or 3254 address is "20F".
